The Support Engineer (SA) will liaise with clients and/or other staff under the direction of the directors to play a key role in technical and support services both to clients and internally.  The SA will help ensure Lilac has clear and precise test and support processes and other required documentation.  The SA will also participate in application support to the client base. Excellent technical skills, effective communication with clients, the ability to understand business requirements and implement effective and efficient solutions is key to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Contribution to the product roadmap, architecture, design and strategy
  • Provision of Test and Support Services
  • Support and Testing in line with product specifications
  • Support and Testing deliverables for projects
  • Support of business process change projects
  • Administration of Cloud Hosted IT Infrastructure for internal and client systems
  • Identification and implementation of service improvements
  • Supply of relevant application support in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Client application support
